Refund policy

Refunds will only be provided if the product received is incorrect from the order placed, and we cannot provide a replacement.

For Hygiene reasons we do not accept returned garments.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of the item.

Please be aware that no refunds or replacements can be given for items that are 'too big' or 'too small' - please use the sizing charts provided to ensure that your item fits correctly.

We provide color swatches on each item, however, due to the difference in screen settings, these should only be used as a guide to the color of the item. Colors may vary. All models and mock ups are are used to show how the design can look on and be worn. The images should not be used as a guide to how a garment will fit, or how it is cut.

Please ensure that you enter your correct address, including full name and zip code. If the address is entered incorrectly or incomplete, and returned to us, the item can be reshipped to you at your expense. No refunds will be given for items that are shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses and returned to sender.
