Returns and Refunds

The really important small Print

Refunds will only be provided if the product received is incorrect from the order placed, and we cannot provide a replacement.

For Hygiene reasons we do not accept returned garments.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of the item.

Please be aware that no refunds or replacements can be given for items that are 'too big' or 'too small' - please use the sizing charts provided to ensure that your item fits correctly.

We provide color swatches on each item, however, due to the difference in screen settings, these should only be used as a guide to the color of the item. Colors may vary. All models and mock ups are are used to show how the design can look on and be worn. The images should not be used as a guide to how a garment will fit, or how it is cut.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct address, including full name and zip code. If the address is entered incorrectly or incomplete, and returned to us, the item can be reshipped to you at your expense. No refunds will be given for items that are shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses and returned to sender.


Production times & Shipping Policy

How We Do It

It is important to understand the difference between production time and shipping time. Each one of our Items is made to order, to enable you to fully customize your item. It takes approximately 7-14 business days for us to process and fulfill your order. Once your order has been processed, we use USPS ground advantage mail for shipping, which is tracked and insured. Slightly Faster shipping is available using USPS Priority mail. You will receive a tracking number once it has been created by email. You may also select UPS Ground for shipping, please ensure UPS are able to access your address prior to selecting this option and that the package can be received.

Please ensure that you enter your correct address, including full name and zip code. If the address is entered incorrectly or incomplete, and returned to us, the item can be reshipped to you at your expense. No refunds will be given for items that are shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses or undeliverable and returned to sender.

If there is an issue with your package, for example it is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or it is damaged in transit, we will provide all of the information you require to file a claim with the delivery company, however, once your Item leaves our facility we no longer have control over the shipping process and only have access to the information you do. It is the customers responsibility to file any insurance claims and to work with the shipping company to locate their package.


Important information for Customers outside of the USA.

We are happy to ship overseas, and love that our products reach all over the world, however, please be aware that once your item leaves our facility, we are at the mercy of the shipping service you select to deliver the item to you safely, and we have no control over the time this will take, or any additional fees that may be payable when it reaches your country. When placing your order, you are accepting that there may be local taxes / customs fees / duty payable to your country which are your responsibility. You are also acknowledging that any delays in receipt of your item due to carrier issues or customs control are not the responsibility of The Soft Shirt Place.
