We want ordering from The Soft Shirt Place to be easy, straightforward, and, ideally, a whole lot of fun.

We also believe you should know exactly what to expect when you place an order with us. So, rather than burying the important stuff in a mountain of legal-sounding nonsense, here's the information that actually matters.

If you ever have a question and can't find the answer here, just ask us. We're real people, and we're happy to help.

Returns & Refunds

Here's the important bit.

Every item we sell is made specifically for your order, which means we don't accept returns simply because you've changed your mind or decided you ordered the wrong size.

Refunds are only available if you receive an item that is incorrect from the order you placed and we're unable to provide a replacement.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returned garments.

Any request for a refund must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please check those size charts before ordering. We cannot offer refunds or replacements because an item is “too big” or “too small.” We provide detailed sizing information to help you choose the right fit, so please use it. Your future self will thank you.

Our color swatches are provided as a guide, but colors can look slightly different depending on your screen, device settings, and resolution. Mockups and model photos are there to show you the design and give you an idea of how it can be worn. They aren't intended to be an exact representation of how a particular garment will fit on you.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. That includes your full name and ZIP code.

If an order is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable, we can reship it at your expense. We cannot provide refunds for orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Production & Shipping

How this whole thing works...

There's an important difference between production time and shipping time.

Our items are made to order, which means we don't have a warehouse somewhere filled with every design, color, and size just waiting around for its moment.

Your order typically takes 7-14 business days to be produced and fulfilled.

Once it's ready, it ships using the method you selected at checkout. Shipping time is in addition to the production time.

We offer USPS Ground Advantage, which includes tracking and insurance, as well as USPS Priority Mail for a faster shipping option. UPS Ground may also be available depending on the order and destination.

Once your shipping label is created, you'll receive tracking information by email.

If selecting UPS, please make sure UPS can access your address and that someone will be able to receive the package.

And, once again, please check that address before you hit that order button. An incorrect or incomplete address can result in your package taking an unexpected little vacation before finding its way back to us.

Once It Leaves Us...

We'd love to personally escort every package to your front door, but unfortunately USPS and UPS have yet to approve that business model.

Once your package leaves our facility, the shipping carrier is responsible for getting it to you.

If your package is marked as delivered but you can't find it, or if it arrives damaged, we'll give you whatever information we have to help you work with the carrier and file a claim when appropriate.

We insure shipments where applicable, but the customer is responsible for filing any required insurance claim and working with the carrier to locate a missing package.

We will absolutely help where we can. We just can't control what happens to a package after it leaves our hands.

Ordering From Outside the USA

We love seeing Soft Shirt Place orders head out into the world, and we're happy to ship internationally. Just keep in mind that international shipping comes with a few things that are outside our control.

Once your order leaves us, delivery times can be affected by the carrier, customs, and your country's import process. We cannot guarantee how long an international package will take to arrive.

Any local taxes, tariffs, customs charges, duties, or other fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge that customs delays and carrier delays are outside the control of The Soft Shirt Place.

This part is pretty simple.

All designs featured on The Soft Shirt Place website are the intellectual property of Shawn Brown and The Soft Shirt Place. All rights reserved.

That means our designs aren't free for the taking, copying, modifying, reproducing, or selling elsewhere. If you would like to use our designs on a licensing option please contact us.

Shawn and Ashley put a lot of time, creativity, and questionable amounts of caffeine into what we make around here. We like keeping it ours. ❤️
